<div>三、资格条件</div>

<div>1、应聘者应为未就业的全日制普通大中专院校毕业生，年龄在30周岁以下(1984年8月1日以后出生)，具有硕士学位的研究生年龄在35周岁以下（1979年8月1日以后出生）；</div>
<div> </div>
<div>2、应聘高中教师的人员，应具有全日制普通本科及以上学历，且具有高中及以上教师资格证；</div>
<div> </div>
<div>3、应聘初中教师的人员，应具有全日制普通专科及以上学历，且具有初中及以上教师资格证；</div>
<div> </div>
<div>4、应聘小学教师的人员，应具有全日制普通中专及以上学历，且具有小学及以上教师资格证；</div>
<div> </div>
<div>5、所学专业或教师资格证专业应与申报学科一致或相近。其中应聘体育、音乐、美术学科教师的，要求所学专业与申报学科一致；</div>
<div> </div>
<div>6、热爱国家，热爱教育事业，遵纪守法，品行良好，思想进步，身体健康；</div>

<div>7、岗位要求的其他条件。</div>

<div>有下列情形之一的不得参加应聘：</div>

<div>通过笔试、面试的办法，面向社会实行公开招聘。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>六、招聘程序</div>
<div> </div>
<div>（一）报名与资格审查</div>
<div> </div>
<div>1、凡符合资格条件的人员均可报名。</div>
<div> </div>
<div> </div>
<div>3、每人只能选报一个职位，多报者无效。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>4、每人须缴纳报名考务费80元。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>5、现场确认、缴费时，本人须持教师资格证书、学历证书、就业报到证、身份证等证件的原件和复印件一份及就业派遣部门开具的未就业证明一份等
（2014年应届毕业生未签约者不需开具未就业证明）。同时上缴填写完毕打印的《2014年市直学校公开招聘教师报名表》一份并签名。符合加分条件的考
生，须经有关部门严格审核后出具签署有责任人姓名的证明材料。</div>

<div>6、招聘人数与报名登记人数未达到规定比例的（原则上为1:3），相应核减招聘职位。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>7、资格审查贯穿公开招聘工作的全过程,凡不符合报名条件的人员，一经发现随时取消其招聘资格。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>现场确认时间：2014年8月20日。8：30至18：30。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>现场确认地点：南阳市二十二中学院内（工业路与红庙路交叉口向西200米）。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>（二）笔试。考试内容为时事政治、教师职业道德、教育学、心理学。笔试时间为2014年8月21日9：00至11：00。笔试时间为120分钟。满分100分，笔试成绩占总成绩的40%。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>符合加分条件的考生凭有关部门的文件规定和出具的相关证明，笔试成绩加5分。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>笔试成绩相同者，按学历层次高、师范专业毕业、本人专业与所报专业一致、文化课成绩高依次优先进入下一程序。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>（三）面试（试讲）。根据笔试成绩，按拟聘用职位l:3的比例从高分到低分确定参加面试人员。面试采用试讲办法进行，每人提前备课12分钟，试讲15分钟。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>面试满分100分，面试成绩占总成绩的60％。面试成绩低于60分的不予聘用。面试时间及具体事宜另行通知。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>考试总成绩=笔试成绩×40％+面试成绩×60％。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>总成绩相同时，按面试成绩高、学历层次高、师范专业毕业、本人专业与所报专业一致依次优先进入下一程序。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>1、小学教师试讲指定教材为五年级上册现行教材；</div>
<div> </div>
<div>2、初中教师试讲指定教材为七年级下册（物理为八年级下册、化学为九年级下册）现行教材；</div>
<div> </div>
<div>3、高中教师试讲指定教材为一年级下册现行教材。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>（四）体检和政审。根据考试总成绩按拟聘用职位1：1的比例从高分到低分确定参加体检、政审人员。体检按《河南省教师资格人员体检标准及办法(试行)》有关规定进行。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>政审要严格按照《事业单位公开招聘人员暂行规定》进行。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>政审主要是对考生的政治表现、学习、工作、廉政情况以及有无违法违纪现象进行审查，同时对考生报名资格条件进行复查。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>体检、政审不合格出现职位空缺的，不再递补。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>（五）公示与聘用。对通过笔试、面试、体检、政审的人员，按有关规定向社会进行公示。公示无异议后签订人员聘用合同。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>报名者凡在规定的时间未参加现场确认、笔试、面试、体检、政审的，均视为自动放弃招聘资格。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>七、纪律和监督</div>
<div> </div>
<div>(一)加强组织领导。成立由市人社局、教育局、编办、监察局、财政局等部门参加的市直中小学公开招聘教师工作领导小组，加强领导、密切配合、精心组织、规范操作。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>(二)严格实行回避制度。聘用单位负责人员和招聘工作人员在招考过程中，涉及与本人有亲属关系或者其他可能影响招聘公正的，应当回避。招聘工作要做到信息公开、过程公开、结果公开。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>(三)严格招聘纪律。严肃考风考纪，严格按照人事部第6号令《事业单位公开招聘人员暂行规定》组织本次招聘。无论是工作人员还是报考人员，要严
格执行招聘教师政策，确保招聘教师质量。笔试和面试严格按照高等教育招生考试有关规定进行组织。严禁在招聘工作中弄虚作假，对替考等其他徇私舞弊人员，一
经查实，将按高考违纪的有关规定，除从严处理当事人外，将连带追究相关工作人员的责任。</div>

<div>(四)教师招聘笔试、面试过程参照高考监考的办法，全程录像，阳光操作，接受社会监督。</div>
<div> </div>
<div>八、有关情况说明</div><br><div>2014年南阳市市直中小学校招聘工作按市机构编制部门核定的“教师招聘控制数”124名进行，所招聘教师在市人社和市机构编制部门进行备案，
暂时不办理人事、编制手续，其他所有待遇与在编教师完全相同，所需经费由市财政部门根据市机构编制部门核定的“教师招聘控制数”和市人社部门招聘教师备案
情况纳入预算管理，实行同工同酬、同步晋升职称、同步办理相应的各类保险（公积金）等，待调剂出编制时，直接按录取时间和考核结果逐步办理人事、编制手
续。</div>

<div>油田教育中心学校招聘的32名为实际空余编制，可以直接办理编制、人事手续。</div>
