What would you buy?  2. Explain the meaning of the expression ‘May I have ……?’ Say the expression slowly and ask students to repeat.   3. Use the food on the table to get students to practise asking for things. T: Look, I have so many biscuits .Do you want to taste it? Please ask me for the biscuit.  S1/S2/S3/…: May I have a biscuit ? T:Sure./Sorry.(只给说得好的同学) 4． Do the same with ‘juice’ and ‘water’. 5. Open the Student’s Book to page 8. Play the cassette tape. Ask students to listen and follow the tape .  Pretask activites 1．Say it’s fun to buy food ! Why don’t we try it now ? Divide students into groups of three . Have one student be the shopkeeper and the other two be customers .
