一、教学重点 本课时的重点是使学生掌握 “Is there……? Yes, there is. No, there isn’t.”句型。
二、教学难点  培养学生在实际情景中运用对话的能力是本课的难点，老师应注意设计一些真实的情景让学生练习主句型。
三、课前准备 事先准备好的学生的假日照片。
老师准备的一些打乱字母顺序的单词 老师准备的风景照片。
老师准备录音机及录音磁带。
四、教学过程  1．Warm—up (热身) ⑴   口语练习 What’s this? What’s in the nature park? Is there a ……? ⑵ 预习 ① 做“拼单词”游戏：老师提供一些打乱字母顺序的单词，让学生调整字母顺序拼读单词。
② 请几组学生表演 Let’s talk的会话。
2．Presentation (新课呈现) ⑴ Read and write   ① 老师手拿一张风景照片问学生：What’s this? 引导学生回答：It’s a picture. 老师继续说：Yes. It’s my holiday picture. 领读holiday picture, 学生跟读。
② 老师把照片翻过来，背面朝学生，问：What’s in the picture? 引导学生用 “Is there a……?句型猜，老师则用 “Yes, there is. / No, there isn’t.”回答。
这个活动也可以采用小组比赛的形式举行。
③ 老师向学生展示Read and write部分的挂图，说：Look! This is a holiday picture of Wu Yifan. What’s in the picture? Listen. 老师放Read and write部分的录音，学生边听边阅读。
④ 学生就不懂的地方提问，老师解答。
⑤ 老师再放一遍录音，边听边阅读。
⑥ 学生完成 “Finish the sentences” 的练习，然后老师对学生完成情况讲评。
  ⑦ 老师指导学生书写四会句子。
3．Let’s play (趣味练习) ⑴ 心有灵犀 把全班分成二大组，每组分别派出二名学生，一名学生面对老师，另一名背对老师站好。
老师指图问：What’s in the holiday picture / nature park? 面对老师的学生用动作比划看到的景物，背对老师的学生猜：Is there a ……?全体学生判断：Yes, there is. / No, there isn’t.在规定时间内猜对最多的小组获胜。
4．Consolidation and extension (巩固与扩展) ⑴ Story time 老师播放C部分Story time的录音或VCD, 帮助学生明白故事内容。
学生在听一遍录音，跟读故事里的句子，老师指导学生发音。
⑵ 练一练 让学生做本单元A Read and write部分的活动手册配套练习。
5．板书 Is there a …… in the nature park? Yes, there is. No, there isn’t. This is a nature park. Is there a forest in the park?  Yes, there is. Is there a river? No, there isn’t. Unit 6 In a nature park第三课时
