一、学校简介：</div>

哈密，位于新疆维吾尔自治区，是新疆的东大门，是新疆连接内地的交通要道，自古就是丝绸之路上的重镇，素有“西域襟喉”、“中华拱卫”、“新疆门户”之称。</div>
<div>
哈密地区二中，位于哈密市城市中心，始建于1945年，是地区直属的一所自治区示范性高级中学。自办学以来，我校英才辈出、成绩斐然，2005年、
2006年2007年荣夺全疆文科三连冠。近年来，学校高考成绩连年攀升，每年都有学生考入清华、北大、复旦、人大等名校，先后有40名学生考入清华大
学，52名学生考入北京大学，75名学生考入复旦大学。五年来，高考上线率一直保持在98%以上，办学质量稳居自治区前列。2014年我校高考又实现了历
史性的突破，两名同学并列自治区文科裸分状元，并为我校摘取第十个自治区文科状元，考入清华大学4人，北京大学6人，复旦大学8人。学校现有64个教学
班，3600多名学生。有教职工275人，专任教师256人，其中高级教师87人，中级教师79人。</div>

为了进一步改善学生学习环境，提高学校办学质量，地区行署于2011年投资新建了哈密地区二中新校区，占地面积200多亩，有十几栋教学楼、实验楼、
图书楼、宿舍楼等教学及现代化的教学设施的新校区已全部完成，将于2015年3月正式入住，届时，现代化的校园及设施将为学生学习及教师工作提供一流、完
美的环境。</div>
